Disgusting customer service. I spoke to a sales staff called Aji and he raised his voice and was rude to me when I asked if they would match a competitors price for a vacuum cleaner and he said he would ask a manager however after waiting with a crying baby fir 10min I asked him how much longer andwould I wait and his face went bright red and he screamed at me tk come back another time if I was t happy waiting I told him I’m a 40min drive away and he continued to scream and I left shaking with my baby. Never ever go there. I have never felt so distressed from entering a store and never had someone scream at me for no reason.

I was a visitor to Queensland and bought a Dolce Gusto Eclipse coffee machine at an attractive price from Harvey Norman in Fortutude Valley. I also bought 4 boxes of coffee capsules at 50% discount.

When I returned to a friend's house where I stayed, I found out that the box of capsules that came with the coffee machine has past the best before date for 9 months. 2 boxes of the capsules I bought have also passed the best before date for up to 6 months.

I was very disappointed as I was not informed by any of the staff nor saw any sign displayed to caution unsuspecting customers. I was unable to return one of the boxes the following day as I had opened it to verify that the date on the capsules were in fact the same as the box. I was also unable to return the box that came with the machine.

It was a very unpleasant experience and left a very negative impression in me of the store.

Was initially hard to get staff attention to ask questions about Apple products. May be due to specific staff required to address questions related to these products. Otherwise helpful when available.
