Worst store service!! We bought kitchen chairs from them which really didn't look nice. Upon arriving to the store to return the chairs we were met by complete hostility by a lady named doris. It felt like we were being attacked and we just wanted to get out of there. Please note if you purchase anything they dont allow returns lightly and charge you a 20% fee. Just disgusted with the whole experience

Would give zero if I could. I would not advise shopping here ever!!!!! They made an error with a purchase we made and it took over 2 weeks to get it sorted out, speaking with 5+ different people and they promised us they would call back and never did! This about about 10 times. Through the process they also lied, saying one thing but then we found out through another source it wasn’t true. What a mess around. We wanted to avoid going instore again but had no choice at the end and went instore to sort it out. They were no apologetic and had absolutely no way to explain why it had been so hard to deal with them. Will never shop here again and have told everyone I know not to either. Would not recommend, instead try the Good Guys or Bing Lee, they generally price match as well.

Was recently moving/carrying a caroma toilet base, the handle of the box broke, the bottom of the toilet shattered. It was a terrible situation and I was very upset knowing that it cost hundreds of dollars.
To cut a long story short Simon and the team at Harvey Norman Gordon were excellent in replacing it. Caroma too were wonderful to supply another one.
They could have said no but they didn’t. Simon was particularly compassionate to the situation and portrayed a level of professionalism that’s not often seen.
Thank you again and I will continue to make very favourable comments with regard to the high level of service given at Harvey Norman Gordon and Caroma.

A great finish, but a mixed start.

Purchased Bosh Bundle Wash and Dryer. Wash Machien was Series 8, but Dryer we thought was a partnered version was Series 6. We later discovered there was a matching Series 8 dryer that we were not offered and it was actually cheaper for the new product.

Harvey Norman were apologetic and replaced with the newer model. The staff member that sorted it out was called Steve - a very professional and helpful guys.

Overall it worked out great!

Carpet department - carpet laid in different directions in different rooms. This was apparently to save me money but I wasnt consulted. Carpet layer rough and scuffed and marked paintwork.
Cut carpet in another room but didn't clean up his mess.
Not impressed. Will never use again.
