Purchased an LG 55inch TV, audio went. Angelo (Proprietor Electrical) and Frank (Manager Brown Goods) says this is not a major issue. Even put in a complaint to head office and they didn't care either.
Originally both Frank and Angelo said if it was a major issue they would replace, even have an email from the proprietor that says this. Now he won't honour his email, even when I have a tech report that says the fault is a major one. Apparently you can watch tv without the audio, and it isn't a major problem.
Staff at this store are pathetic liars.
Two weeks ago I Bought Sealy. Mattress from. Hoppers crosssing store great service from Lisa today went back to buy bedroom suite to go. With bed great service again from Chris and Lisa so helpful can’t thank them so much as they made my shopping so easy with there service yours janet smith
Never knew that Harvey Norman in Hoppers Crossings sells burgers, too!
I went there to return a hair curling machine within 2 hours of my purchase, as it was not curling my hairs at all. My argument was that it does not do a job as per the photos shown on the box, and their staff told me that you won't get the same burger at McDonalds as shown in the photos, do you?
I was really impressed by this example and was wondering that who in this world recruits and put this people in customer service?
After wasting a decent amount of time, I finally got my money back, however she threatened me that I will be banned from returning any future purchases in her store!
