Twice before you buy from Harvey Norman Knox they will sell you faulty products and will not replace.

I am happy that Guru got the sack because he was very rude to his customers, me and to my parents.

They sold me 3 faulty Apple Macbook Air Laptops so I had to get the hard drive in the 3rd one replaced under warranty at Pentagon Digital, which was an inconvenience for me so I would recommend going to another Harvey Norman.

Last Thursday night I went there and I bought myself an Apple Macbook Air 13" 1.6GHz i5 128GB and Norton 360 Multi Device but they locked me into a 36 month contract with Flexirent without me knowing so on Sunday afternoon my Mum had to get me out of the contract and then she paid for them outright. Unless you are going to pay for something on the spot I would recommend not going there because they always try to con you into more money.

Went to harvey norman to invest in a new desktop computer, ended up being very happy with my purchase although the salesman i spoke to did have to explain things a few times before i understood what he was talking about (im not very computer minded). overall a good experience. finance options made it a lot easier and they approve you on the spot.
i mentioned to him a game i wanted but that i could not afford it at the time, he told me to come back and see him when i was ready to get it and when i mentioned i had spoken to him before he was able to reduce the price a little for me.
The only issue i had was the overly technical explanation of the different options that did confuse me a little,
