Dont buy a air conditioner from these people. I saw a 7.1 Panasonic Air conditioner advertised by Harvey Norman on their web site with a $200.00 Gift voucher included in purchase..I phoned the Noarlunga store and Kirsty one of the franchisee s said she would take the 200 dollar gift voucher of the price of the air conditioner, she said she could deliver it Tuesday 30.1.18 and get it installed 31.1.18 so i said yeah i will buy it . Delivered on time i paid c.o.d. I took a day of work Wed because of delivery waited waited waited, I finally rang them and Kirsty said Justin , Manager and other franchisee forgot to organised the installer. When i spoke to Justin he said yeah he forgot, i said i lost $210.00 in wages waiting and why do i have to pay for his mistake compensation please. Excellent customer service today. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and happy to get stuff from out the back of store which wasn't on display. I was unable to purchase what we wanted today but willgo back during week.

This store has a great range but its electrical area is quite small and needs to be bigger. Everything is so squashed in. The staff are great and knowledgable. Need a bigger camera range too.

As always poor customer service.
Wish you had more staff that knew what they were talking about. When asking questions to a staff member who "usually" works in that department doesn't know what they are talking about.
TVs - there really isn't that much too them, surely?!
