So,new to the area and came in with a computer bought at another Harvey Norman store. Never used it till we moved here. Set my computer up to go at our new house and it was shimozzel! I had asked and paid for the so called Tech guy at the store where I bought the computer originally to do the start up set up for me. Well I wont say what I want to say about that. Everything about it had no relevence to me. I am not a computer person and I like to keep passwords etc as simple as possible. I took my computer down to Traralgon Harvey Norman quite expecting the staff to say sorry mate, you didnt buy that here but we will for a fee look at it for you. Well you culd have knocked me over with a feather when Aydin said to me after having a quick look at it that he and his fellow computer guys would be only to happy to fix up the set up so it was all relevent to my current email and other info at no charge I might add.It was pleasing to note that he was as ...read more
I bought an Acer laptop from Danni maybe 3 weeks ago. They performed "surgery" in-store and replaced the 1000 GB HDD with 256 GB SSD. Leading up to the purchase, I had been in store to chat with Danni several times and I felt confident, that the chosen product would suit my needs.
Thanks to Danni, I am very happy with my new lappie.
Very dissapointing to have our new furniture, lounge room & bedroom, arrive in 14 boxes! At no time during purchase of items were we told we would have to assemble furniture ourselves. There were no instructions provided and the task was extremely difficult given our age & physical capabilities. When telephoning Harvey Norman to express our displeasure we were told if we brought furniture that was made overseas it would arrive in boxes, if we brought furniture that was made in Australia it would arrive assembled. Well - the lounge suite that arrived in boxes and that we had to put together ourselves was made in New South Wales - i.e. that is Australia! Not in the slightest bit impressed and would probably not shop at Harvey Norman again!
