They diagnosed my car, which sometimes wouldn't start or crank. I asked them to call me before making any changes, but they replaced the crank sensors and a couple of cam sensors without contacting me. This was disappointing. After four days, the same issue occurred again, so I took the car back to them. However, they didn't diagnose the problem and simply told me they could start the car. They advised me to take it to the original service center if the issue happened again, implying they couldn't find the problem. I have spent over $400, and the problem still persists intermittently. It might not be a sensor issue. They didn't even call to let me know the car was ready for pickup; I had to call them late in the afternoon. I am very disappointed and will take my car elsewhere in the future. I won’t be recommending their services to any of my friends.

They serviced my car with a deal that I received from a shopper docket, so I wasn't expecting anything extravagant. The service work they did seemed to be good and they let me know what needed to be done in the future. However, their communication was sub par, they didn't even ring me to let me know the car was ready to pick up- I had to ring them late in the afternoon. Also their telephone and customer service manner is abrupt and I had asked them to fill in my log book and all they did was stamp it and then forgot to give it back to me- they didn't fill in what work was done.
In the end the service work was good which is the main thing, their customer service however needs improvement. I think I will go elsewhere in the future.
