Please be very careful to double check their refund policy and to check that what you are buying is actually what the sales staff claims it to be! Our daughter bought what she was told were orthopaedic shoes for $220. On showing them to her podiatrist, she was told that these were not orthopaedic shoes and to return them. When she went back to the shop the next they, they wouldn't give her a refund! The shoebox states "orthopaedic friendly shoes". When I asked what this meant I was told it means that you can fit your orthotics in them!! The salesperson was fully aware of our daughter's needs and sold her a pair of shoes that were not fit for the purpose. Clearly the sales staff are not trained in orthopaedics and should not claim to have knowledge or be qualified to advise on correct footwear. Also very poor customer service!!! I always used to shop here for school shoes, but will never go back.
