Tried calling around for a rough quote and was immediately put on hold. That's fine, I understand that practices can get busy. A dull and inexperienced staff answered the phone. Whilst giving the information I started to hear another phone ring in the background, and was then abruptly interrupted and asked if I could be put on hold. Again.
Now I'm a paying customer, and this kind of service is unacceptable, and intolerable.
This may sound like a rant, but this will not stand, and I will be telling every other pet owner that I know to steer well clear of this veterinary clinic.

We pride ourselves on offering the best possible experience for pet and owner, and I am sorry, if on this occassion your phone call was not handled in a satisfactory matter. The nature of our work is that occassionally staff may be called away to deal with an emergency situation. While this doesnt excuse your experience, it may be a reason why we were not able to deal with your enquiry in a timely manner on the day you phoned.
