Terrible! no way to contact them and they didn't have my parcel despite me being told by Toll that they do. Why does your phone go to fax?

experienced TERRIBLE problems with delivery. I went back three times and left them the tracking number as they assured me that they would speak to the management and look for it. Each time I went back, I had to go through the same process. In the end, I was so frustrated that I cried, at which point, they looked for the parcel and eventually found it and gave it to me. Appalling service.
