As first-time Landlords, we were nervous about vacancies and being out of pocket. They made the process so quick and simple and kept us constantly updated. They relate well to the tennant's and give careful inspection reports.

We have been using Haydens South Yarra office for the past year and really wanted to make mention of the constant effort our Property Manager Leonie has been giving. I've never dealt with a more hands on property manager that actually cares about following up and keeping us up to date with lease updates as well as follow ups on maintenance. I've had property for the past 20 years and never had the level of service that I have had since taking my property over to Hayden
I moved my property over to Hayden after having some problems with the agent I using when they were trying to lease my property. Michelle was able to find a tenant basically straight away and the most important thing was she kept me informed with advice and feedback the whole time which is a high level of service I had never had in 15 years of owning property. I would definitely recommend Hayden.
Contrary to many review on this site, I have had an extremely poor experience with this agency. I have found communication to be very poor. My request for advice on how to attend to maintenance request went unanswered for 3 months. My tenants raised 5 separate issues at regular inspection, 2 out of 5 issues were brought to my attention 3 weeks after the inspection, 4 days later the third issue was brought to my attention, 10 days after that, the 4th issue was brought to my attention.
When this was raised with management, I was told that the property manager acted reasonably. No apologies from beginning to end from management. Very disappointing. ...read more
