I was flipping the newspaper, trying to decide to get the Herald or the Telegraph. They shouted over the counter 'they are the same, do not read them' and 'hit their fist on the counter, do not argue with me.' So I did not buy the paper and left. I will never buy anything from this place if it was the last place on Earth.
I have also heard them abuse other people just touching the magazine.
Have an unfriendly staff member over there. In my case,if you just flip through a newspaper longer than 4 second they would shout over the counter with a rude tone and look "are you gonna buy it or not?". (I was sick and holding hotpack in one hand while I was brushed out of the shop.) At first I thought they treated only me like that but my manager dislikes this place with the same reason as well.
