I had to wait over 40minutes to be seen.
The staffs here are nice but the shop is very small.
The staff washing my hair felt like staff was just patting my head. I prefer a good deep head massage - but didn't get that here.
They had run out of hot water. The colour was fine but faded quick and my blow dry did not last an hour although it was warm that day.
They are reasonably priced but I ended up with just reasonable hair - not amazing hair.
I have been getting my foils done here with Gemma for about 3 years now and whenever I have strayed to somewhere else due to location/convenience etc I have to get Gemma to fix it up again. She was the first one who made my blonde foils look natural by adding a darker foil in between - was and continue to be very pleased. A very friendly environment and a nicely designed interior. I live in the city and I still travel back there.
