About us!
Headcase hair opened its doors in 1998. Directors Jon Pulitano and Vincent Nobile, joined forces to realise their mutual passion, enthusiasm and expertise in hairdressing. With Jon's remarkable talent for cutting, fashion and editorial styling and Vincents incredible flair for designer colour - headcase hair has become one of the most revered and relevant salons in Australia.
Inspired work with bespoke colour and precision cutting techniques are integral to the headcase hair philosophy. Constant education keeps us at the helm of international trends and developments so our clients receive the most current cut and colour advice.
Working with the innate texture of the hair, our stylists take the natural fibre and add shape and form with specilaist precision cutting techniques. Headcase Hair cuts are tailored to enhance the features of the individual and will maintain their shape, evolving as time passes to grow out beautifully. It always annoys me when you pay for what's supposed to be a premium service and get sub standard. The hairdresser was 30 mins late for my appointment and offered no apology. The hairdresser was also quite slow and distracted by other customers.
The salon itself comes across as very generic. One of those typical salons that will provide little advice and be overly cautious.
If it was cheap then I'd say it was fine for the money ...standard hair cut etc as long as you know exactly what you want. It's not cheap though and for that I expect a higher standard.
I have gone to Headcase for about 4 years now. They really listen to what you want but also give the best advice/their opinion on what to do with your hair. Every time I have gone there, I am always extremely happy with the service & my hair (and I constantly receive compliments) I go to Bon for colour and Bryer for styling.Both amazing! Definitely worth what you spend!
