I love going to Heading Out at Bourke Street. Holly is always professional and greets me with a smile. I also love the massage you receive at entry.

Shocking service today, really upset, these staffs were offended I only got a colour and refused to completely dry my hair, and refused to give me a brush to fix my hair before leaving the salon. I paid $95 for the colour and got the rudest treatment, they couldn't care less.
