I rang this salon to book an appointment for a Monday, as it states on all of their advertising that they are open Mondays. The phone rang for a cery long time and when the phone got answered, the employee was incredibly rude. I asked for an appointment this coming Monday and she stated, "we're not open Monday", in a very short tone. I would have been willing to come in any other day and spend $300+ on my hair, but due to this service and the fact that she did not offer any other option, I will never be back. Hopefully they see this and pick up their service. I will be telling everyone I know about this. Unacceptable.
