Healesville Tourist Park

The single WORST experience I have EVER had. We arrived on a Friday night only to be told that the booking we had secured, confirmed and paid for in full had been given to a walk-in less than an hour before our arrival. The person at the counter advised us in no uncertain terms that the mix up was completely our own fault, not their problem, and if we didnt settle down that the police would be called. Understandably, with nowhere to go (as the area was booked out with an event), a car full of tired people, and food for self catering accommodation for the entire weekend, we were somewhat upset. A subsequent and very polite letter to management making them aware of our experience was met with complete silence. We can only laugh at the experience now.
