Dr Carrie Kaiyan is not effective in curing the patient's health problems. She only knows how to temporarily alleviate the symptoms. The pills she prescribed don't work to cure illnesses, they only mask the symptoms.
The products sold at this clinic are extremely overpriced. You can get the same quality products at a cheaper price at other places (Asian groceries, other Chinese medicine health care clinics etc.).
It is better to visit other female Chinese medicine doctors who actually care enough to cure the patient quickly, instead of dragging it out and not curing the patient to make more money for herself.
Products and services are extremely overpriced here, but treatment quality is not more effective or faster compared to other Chinese medicine clinics and doctors.
The China Med and Black Pearl pills sold here are the same as other Chinese Medicine clinics but priced more expensively at Healing Pond by Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li.
Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li, Meng Qing Xuan are very salesy and sleazy.
Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li asked me to buy a $99 heat lamp (despite there being cheaper and better alternatives that don't require electricity). She also did not prescribe me with the herbs that can cure me quickly (as compared to other female Chinese medicine doctors) because she don't even have the herbs in her clinic.
Beware of her sweet talking, I was at her clinic for 4 years and spent thousands of dollars.
Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li charged my mum $50 and told her to continue eating Western medicine for her high blood pressure. What a waste of my money!
I do not trust Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li, Meng Qing Xuan who keep pushing patients & customers to pay for their Pond Beauty services and charge exorbitant prices.
Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li does not have authentic Chinese Medicine herbs from China and only has Chinese Asian grocery products (packaged differently at inflated prices).
Black Pearl pills sold at more effective Chinese Medicine clinics for $15, but Dr Carrie Kaiyan Li, Meng Qing Xuan sells them for $20 per bottle.
