Reiki is a complementary health practice which can help induce a state of deep relaxation. It is a form of natural therapy; an ancient Japanese hands-on healing technique developed by the Buddhist Mikao Usui. The placement of the hands gently balances and recharges the body, triggering its natural healing ability. Reiki treats the whole person: body, emotion, mind and spirit.
