I was desperate to get in for an urgent ultrasound on a Friday afternoon as my Dr thought I had a DVT. I called many radiology practices in the Sutherland shire and could not get in until the next week. I spoke with a lovely lady at Healthcare Imaging at Kareena and she told me to come straight down and they would fit me in. I didn't have to wait long and the man doing my scan was so nice and professional. I left with my films and a verbal report from the Radiologist giving me the all clear. I was very impressed with the level and speed of the service I received for what I learned was an urgent scan, and plus it was all covered by medicare, I didnt have to pay a cent. They even validated my parking for free. I would definitely recommend my friends and family!

What a joke, it was a Saturday morning and the night before my mother had fallen over and injured her elbow. We went to get an X-ray and they took us in and asked us to wait for the X-ray. After being there for about 40 minutes, they come out and say here is your X-ray, but you will have to wait till Tuesday to get the report. It's a long weekend, we have a suspected broken bone and you say come back on Tuesday. That's four days, three days short of a week without a medical report. Why are they taking the X-ray if there is no doctor. And the staff were really rude, i will never go there again, a waste of time and effort for no result.
