Healthier You started in 2007 by Peter Clark. Peter Clark has a Bachelor's degree in Science and two Masters degrees. He has a Masters Degree in Science with a major in Clinical Biochemistry and a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing. He is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist and also a qualified Sport Dietitian.

At Healthier You, we create individualized meal plans at creating outcomes for the health goals you have. We design meal plans aimed at creating a healthier you. This is ideal for people who want to lose weight or want to improve their outcomes with diabetes, heart disease or kidney disease.
