Healthpac was founded in 1995 by Dr Ven Tan and soon developed from a small practice to a multi- centre, one stop shop medical facility catering for all patient needs under one roof.
We endeavour to ensure that all our centres are multi serviced, multi lingual, multicultural.
With a variety of services available at any of our centres, chances are that the service or treatment required is conveniently located in the same building.
We understand how important a clear communication between doctor and patient is. That's why most of our staff can communicate with you in your own language, whether is English or any of the Chinese dialects.

Called during weekend and said they're fully booked. Went there and found out only 1 doctor working. The reception staff called the doctor to ask if the doctor is willing to accept 1 more patient for very simple task - which is just to pick up result. Heard from the phone doctor said no, because that doctor wants to go home on time. Ended up waiting for almost 1 hour, and when it came to my turn, doctor said all good and didnt wanna explain further eventhough there are some highlighted items. Apparently all the doctor cared was only to leave on time. Very disappointed, but nothing can be improved, because only 1 doctor working. Someone in the management needs to look into this properly. Anyway, seems like this will be my last visit because of this experience.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, unless you know the doctors there very well personally. The administrative staff or reception staff are very rude and unprofessional. They do not treat you as their customers but rather expect you to know their operational procedures at their own clinic.
I was there to have my doctor review all of my tests that they asked me to do in my previous visit. Because it was the doctor who asked me to do all those tests, so it is quite reasonable to tell the doctor that I would like to have a copy of those reports during my 2nd visit. My doctor told me that I can get a copy from the reception area. When I asked the reception staff that I would like to have a copy of all the reports, they then asked me who registered me initially.
