What are the effects of subluxations

After a subluxation has existed in the spine for a period of time the effects can vary for different people
Some may have pain, numbness and or tingling
Some others may have a weaker immune system more prone to colds, fatigue and internal problems

When do subluxations first occur?

It can be from birth. Think of the fragile spine being twisted, pulled and turned as the Dr. pulls the infant through the tiny birth canal.
Lifes challenges like learning to walk, riding bikes and climbing can all lead to subluxations

As adults we have challenges at work and physical activity put stress on the spine and allow subluxations to occur

How long till it heals?

Because many subluxations have occurred for a large period of time, the muscles of the spine have adapted to the incorrect position of the vertebrae.
