Healthworks Fitness Centre

I can't give this great gym enough justice in this review. I love it! It may not be the most modern gym but all the weights and machines and fairly new and well maintained. The biggest plus is the staff. They are so friendly and you really get that family feel while you are there. Really inexpensive membership which gives you access to cardio, weights, boxing room, and group fitness classes. I love the bootcamps as well!
