Healthworks Fitness Centres

I signed up with Healthworks at the start of winter. It was too cold so I decided to cancel my membership and I didn't even get the gym for a workout. After a week of back and forthing with their staff I think my membership has now been canceled but no refunds were offered (even when asked for) and they are charging a minimum 2 weeks of payments (as per the terms and conditions). Very disappointing in terms of customer service. Obviously a business model built on non-service rather than putting the customer first.
