I also had the groupon deal. it was bad, i had a eyebrow wax, i asked that she be careful, as my brows are fine, and i came home with NO eyebrows!! I have had to buy eyebrow mascxara each week not happy. will never go back there, and neither will my friends and family. it is costing me $20 month for eyebrow stuff
My friend and i went here for a 90 min pamper session, it was a Groupon deal. We came away feeling totally disgusted and quite dirty! I had back scrub and a facial followed by a very boring half hour with my feet soaked in water to detox. The scrub was pathetic, she used hardly no scrub and just water, no oil and it was hardly even a scrub. When she put the mask on my back, she left it for 10 mins, and left the room !! That is not supposed to happen. I then had a anti ageing facial - but believe me, there was nothing anti-aging about it. She used Sukin products and it was just very average- no hot towels to wipe off the cleanser and mask, and again left me in a freezing room while the mask was on my face!! I think the mask was the same one used on my back!! Also no scrub was used!
