I have been using Heart and soul harmony massage for my daughter. She is a very keen ballet dancer but has some soreness in her legs and ankles. She has really enjoyed the beautiful relaxing atmosphere created by Caroline. I have been suffering from headaches and neck pain for some time and have visited many different tpyes of practioners with varying degrees of success. I found the techniques used at Heart and Soul Harmony were fanastic and one of the most effective deep tissue massages I have had. My headaches have been reduced substantially and I have made regular weekly appointments to get on top the problem.
There was also the right mix of relaxation techniques added at my request . It was an alround excellent experience. I aml also be bringing my two daughters, who are competitive dancers, for regular body massages.
