Want to let go of the painful and debilitating feelings of grief?Heart Recovery is licensed to teach the Grief Recovery Method Program. The program is an activity based step by step program to let go of the painful and debilitating feelings of grief. I run a 7 week program or 1 on 1 consultations. Fee is $150. Each weekly session runs for 2 hours and there is homework of approximately 2-3 hours per week.
