Heart Start Fitness

I have been Training with Marcus for close to 5 years now and it is the best thing that has happened to me, i am fitter more focused and driven to achieve my goals in life, not only is Marcus a personal trainer i feel he is also a life coach, some one with heaps of positive energy and attitude and is willing to share all this with you. i thank Marcus deeply for what i have achieved buy being his student.

I started training with Marcus from Heart Start Fitness just over 2 years ago. Marcus is an extremely fun and personable trainer and found that each session he tailored to my personal needs and fitness levels.
At the end of each session, my body is exhausted, and I am still discovering muscles that I am sure were never there before the session.

Over the last few years I have sort out the services of many and varied Personal Trainers in order to both loose some weight and increase my overall fitness. I tend to have found that they seem very keen for the first few weeks of training and then it all seems to become all very "same same" and it seems that money is really the only thing that keeps them going.
