They were competive with their car prices, sales person was professional and very pleasant to deal with. However once their finance team got involved, things snowballed really quickly. They went to such lows, bordering on unethical to get me to go with their finance. When asked to provide a break down of costs they were unable to do so, or even tell me the interest rate I would be charged. Despite the contract being signed they tried to tell me, the offer which was available at the time would not be honoured if I didn't get their finance. WTh? My contract clearly stated all offers were excluded from the sale. Furthermore their contract also stipulated if they decided to increase the price, they would need to advise me in writing. However they didn't do this, because they knew I would be able to terminate the contract. These people don't even understand what they put in their contracts. Paid extra for protech tint window. Have defects. Big drama and hassle. I end up organising & driving there to get it fix. Heartland stuff even lie that protech can send technican to fix up the tint. Protech don't even have that service. In this case,heartland staff proof to me that they are not helpful and unprofessional. Well, at least, they need to know what they are selling.

Talk about being pushy. I came here looking to buy a new SUV and looked at the Dodge and Fiat options. In all fairness, I have to say that the service was good in the yard. Daniel the sales rep knew his product, very friendly and willing to do anything it takes to close a deal.

Doing anything it takes it where it becomes a joke though. Calling nearly everyday to find out if I had made my mind up or if there was anything he could do to win our business. Don't recommend buying a used car from Heartland Castle Hill.They are very pushy, once we had bought the car they tried to sell us any extra they could think of.We was promised a full tank of fuel by the sales staff but wasn't there on the day we picked the car up. Management was very rude when we asked about the fuel. Would never ever buy a car from them again & would never recommend this company to anyone --- Warning stay well clear of Heartland Motors!!!!

I had my new car serviced there & they tried to charge me more than double for what work it said had been done on the service record. I would not have expected this from a large well known service centre. Do not take your car there!
