it is with great regret that I did not visit this review page before handing over my hard earned to this mob, I am now all too familiar with the rude, abusive cowboys. You owe it to yourself and your family to go elsewhere.

disorganised, rude, bad customer service, and horrible installers..

heatworks coerce people into using their installer, to ensure swift assistance with any problems with heaters (claim that if you don't then if there is a problem, the company will say it is an install program and the installer with say it is a heater problem).

installers are horrible, with no explicit quotes of what is included in the job, no assistance with any issues, and are not interested in helping with the smaller points of the installation. they did not test gas pressures, and are not interested in seeing if there is a problem, and they do not return your calls after the installation.

heatworks norwood suffer form bad staff, that do not explain anything, including additional charges.

do not go there...

I agree with Jcitizen 100% I also thought Heat / Cool Works seemed fantastic and purchased an air conditioner back in 2008. Sadly, I was greatly DISAPPOINTED by this cowboy style air conditioning company. Problems began the day the unit arrived. The installers did not follow the agreed plan. The vents were placed incorrectly. They appeared very young and eager to get the job done and leave. A big mess they did leave. The damage that was caused to my ceilings still leaves a bad taste in my mouth with this company. I recommend that you find out who the installers are because companies such as this sub contract. It all comes down to how much they can make as well - I feel corners are cut here to save. Management I would say possibly the worst I have dealt with. Rude, do not return calls etc just name a few. I have had 2 complete ducted air conditioning systems installed by Heatworks-Coolworks.
In the last two homes that I have owned, I must say they were great, each time they supplied me with full documentation on the units quoted, the sales guy was prompt efficient and new his stuff. Installation was on time and they even cleaned the site up.
I have no problems recommending these guys they are great.
