Heaven On Adelaide

I do not recommend Heaven on Adelaide. I bought a voucher that entitled me to discount services for 12-months and I didn't get to use it once because they kept making excuses as to why my appointment got cancelled or they couldn't make another one for me. I was told however, if I wished to travel to the Gold Coast (from Brisbane), they'd honour the discount. It was the worst experience and I feel like I was taken advantage off.

The most horrible experience of my life, I still get flashbacks sometimes of how badly I was treated and it makes me very angry and upset. Sometimes I think I should of gone to the police or something

I got a scoopon voucher (2 cuts and colours for $79) around Christmas time as my funds were low and I wanted to look nice for Christmas day. I arrived early just to be sure I got there on time, I waited for at least 35 minutes as my stylist was 'running late'. Once they were ready for me I only had 1 hr and 45 minutes before I started work, so I told them that I would'ntt be able to get a colour this visit as I would be pushing time. WELL. Will never go back, I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this place deserves what I am about to write. Heaven on adeliade is overpriced and they have some of the worst customer service that both my mother and I have ever experienced!! Purchasing a scoopon was a bad idea, got charged a 100$ extra for having long and thick hair even after I enquired after purchasing the scoopon and was assured there would be no extra charges. Not only that but I did not receive all the services promised on the scoopon. They changed adress and were impossible to contact. My mother had difficulty booking an appointment after she told the staff she has a scoopon and when asked to speak to the management they replied and your point is??? So rude!!

The worst customer service I have ever come across. Firstly I had only been in Brisbane a short time and was looking for a hair salon so I purchased a Scoopon voucher. My impression was they do not want these vouchers or opportunites as I was treated very poorly when calling to make an appointment, so much so that the first day it was valid for bookings they told me it is not valid on Saturdays or late nights (basically M-F 9-5). Then after communicating the advertising to Scoopon they agreed to make an appointment on a Saturday in 3 months time. Secondly when I tried to call the day before my appointment to confirm given the length of time inbetween, the number had been disconnected. When I managed to find a mobile number I left a message to please give me a call back to no success. I called again around 5.30pm and finally confirmed my appointment time.
