This company has looked after my mother-in-law for approx the last 9 years. Everything was fine until she dropped dead suddenly with 3 full - O2 cylinders that were delivered just before the event. My grieving Father-in-law was refused a refund for the un-used cylinders due to the possibility that they were tampered with. So my review is OK, but don't order any cylinders before you drop dead.
