Recently, I had my curtains dry cleaned at Heidelberg Dry Cleaners, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After damaging my curtains, Heidelberg Dry Cleaners refused to accept liability and accused me of trying to defraud them. Especially after being assured of their professional and qualified services before the payment was made.
If the store is truly as good as the positive comments suggest, then as the owner or management, you should take responsibility for this issue. However, they have done nothing and I paid $620 for the restoration cost. Run!!
I have taken big and small items to Heidelberg Dry Cleaners in Rosanna for cleaning. The two women running the shop have very cheerful personalities. They give appropriate attention to the job and provide an honest assessment of what they can and can't do in terms of removing a mark or not etc. So far, they have been able to remove virtually every stain and sign of grubbiness I have taken them. 4.5 stars.
