I went in to my appointment in a good mood because I was having my hair done for my birhtday. Unfortunately, by the end I was in a very low mood, mostly because of the attitude of the hairdresser. (Toni) was surly and uncommunicative and spent the entire time with a sneer on her face, didn't listen to what I asked for, and when I asked a question I got stared at and she gave me a smart-alec answer. Subsequently, I ended up walking out with my hair looking relatively unchanged. I asked for an ombre effect and she gave me half a head of whispy foils for $215. The cost wasn't the issue, her attitude was! I'll come back, but I will make sure it's not when 'Toni' is working.
