My name is Helen Andros, I'am a fully accredited naturopath in melbourne and have been in private practice for over 19 years

I completed my Bachelor of Science at Monash University, majoring in Microbiology and Cell Biology (Anatomy).

This lead me to work in the nephrology unit at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Working in this environment made me more aware of the importance of GOOD HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Hippocrates, one of the most outstanding physicians in the history of Medicine, believed that the natural forces within us had powerful healing abilities.

MIND,BODY AND SPRIT need to be in balance to feel true wellness.

I then furthered my studies in Natural Medicine and after 4 years qualified as a Naturopath and Bowen Therapist.
