Helen Dillon Florist

I met Helen Dillon at a wedding reception her attitude is absolutely disgraceful also I noticed her removing Flowers from the wedding venue so she could recycle them for the next wedding no wonder the Chadstone business went bust

This place is absolutely rubbish. The customer service is non existent, I'd rather grow my own then go there again. I asked if they could do me up a bouquet and got a flat out no, like are you a florist or?

DO NOT USE! Did not deliver flowers, promised credit and after weeks of ringing still no money back. Manager has an attitute problem.

I always used this florist and was very happy with them. I purchased 2 bouquets from them today and was so disappointed in what I was delivered. Absolutely terrible! I found out they have new owners and are using Helen Dillon's name until January. Won't be going there again. Surprised Helen is allowing this florist to use her name on the door still.

Manager has a terrible attitude. But the assistant is nice.
