Warning - beware!
We engaged Sean to install some glass panels for us. He fit us in before he was going on a holiday and wanted cash for holiday spending. The job wasn't finished before he went on holiday and we stupidly paid him the whole amount in cash. He was then uncontactable after his holiday. Finally when I did get through he was "sick as a dog" (for ages) and couldn't possibly come back. Then after he finally got "better" he somehow had a "back injury" and he had no idea when he would be coming back. This went on for weeks and weeks and he never contacted me I had to keep chasing him. I asked him to send an employee or engage another contractor on his behalf or provide a partial refund. There was "nothing he could do". In the end it was stopping us from moving into our renovated house so we had to write it off and move on. This guy is a fraud.
