We are a modern, popular Award Winning Day Spa in the Roselands area. Established for over 20 years. Come and enjoy the journey & experience the difference.At Helena's Day Spa we provide you with a one stop Beauty shop, a place where you can enjoy some personal time and have everything from a quick wax or blow dry, to a complete day of indulgence with a friend or loved one.
Helena's Day Spa was founded by Helena in 1992. Helena received advanced training at the Gre' College Sydney, and continued her education to be awarded the International ITEC Diploma. Helena continues to train her team with specific advanced training at National & international accredited institutes.
In 2005 Helena returned to study & trained with the best at the Toni & Guy Hair Dressing Academy in Paddington Sydney, and was awarded her Diploma & License in Commercial Hair Dressing.
With years of experience & complete dedication, Helena and her team of devoted Therapists & Hair Stylists have developed Helena's Day Spa to become a Multi-Award Winning Day Spa.

Helena's Day Spa is made up of many differenet worlds all combined to create the ultimate escape in the middle of Roselands.
Our dynamic open plan Hair salon, five buzzing energetic Beauty rooms, a comfortable warm Spray Tan room,the most modern Turbo Stand-up Solarium, advanced skin scanners, 6 individually designed Day Spa rooms, a double room for the ultimate couples indulgence & the unbelievable Gazebo Hydro Spa.
Guests are invited to build their own perfect Spa Journey by choosing their prefered services and specific rooms.

i love helenas day spa! for over 10 years i have been walking out of that shop completely satisfied with my eyebrow tint, eye lash tint, waxing, facials, massage, temporary tatoos, treatments and purchases. the staff are friendly and professional and lena is just one in a million. ..and they always remember my birthday with a card and special offer in the post!
I've been going to Helena's Day Spa practically since it opened and the quality of service has never faltered. All the staff are extremely friendly and every treatment, whether its an eyebrow wax or facial, is done with 100% effort. And if you're getting a haircut you are offered a beer or wine and get a head massage to top it all off!
