Helene Abicair College Of Advanced Beauty Therapy

I enrolled in 2010 to study with this college. A charity kindly provided me with fee assistance of the $750 1st semester fee. I withdrew a month later due to illness. The charity and myself have been fighting with this college for a refund of fees for 11 months now. The staff, including the director were well aware during this entire time that a refund of nearly $400.00 was owing. 11 months of calls from both myself and the charity coordinator harassing them did not work. All the staff involved in this matter were extremely rude and blatantly made excuses. No one ever one had the decency to provide myself or the charity with a courtesy callback to resolve this matter. The director was extremely rude to both myself and Lynda from the charity and even tried to blame the 11 month delay on me requesting the refund for myself, both the charity and myself were working together to resolve this matter from day one. great college, really modern facilities and small classes..looked at other around town [not impressed by so many college with large class sizes and tired looking rooms].. helene abicair would be my choice

if you are looking in doing a beauty course this is the place to go the teachers here are the best and go out of their way to help you their is always huge help if you need it this school looks great on your resume if you go for jobs.
