Helensvale Branch Library

I want to pay cudos to Deborah at Helensvale library. I was needing assistance to lodge an application and was struggling. Deborah went above and beyond to assist me on 2 occasions. She was so helpful and was pleasant, knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly through out her hours of helping me. Many, many thanks.

Luv Helensvale libary!..Has a wide range of books to my intrest and luving the dvds i can hire out for free..mostly has book based movies (such as twilight ect) and almost any tv series..such as csi, all saints and all that..staff are friendly and it's pretty cool how it looks old fashioned from the outside! Go there all the time!

This library has helpful staff and a friendly environment. From the outside it looks more like a house than a library and inside there are lots of couches and comfortable chairs and also tables and chairs to sit and read in. They have access to internet and a reasonable range of books. They can get books in from other Gold Coast City Libraries if they do not have them in at Helensvale.

From the outside it looks like a house, but inside it's well equipped with a large variety of novels and non-fiction. It has a homey feel to the place, and has a lot of comfortable chairs to read in, along with tables and chairs and computers with the library catalogue. Helpful, knowledgable staff.
