Phoned Hello Precious and despite the bad phone manner was able to make a booking for the weekend. Just one hour before the schedule visit i get a phone call from the owner saying unfortunately something had come up on the weekend and they can't come and look after my pooch. They may be a registered business with an ABN but it's obvious it's more of a hobby then a true business. I can't stress enough this place is to be avoided at all costs unless you have a plan b on short notice.
I'm sorry that you felt this way about your experience with Hello Precious. As I was trying to explain on the phone before you hung up, there was a sudden death in the family and I am no longer available on the day booked. I can assure you that Hello Precious is more than just a hobby and once again I apologise about your first impressions of us. Please contact me if you have any further concerns.
