once again i wish to thank the staff at Hemphill Plumbing for there prompt attention to a burst water line at the front of our house . Not only were they quick to respond they handled the problem without any fuss and at a fixed cost which i thought was very reasonable considering the amount of work i saw was involved and although they needed to dig up a solid portion of my yard they took the time to clean up the mess to a point were i could hardly see were they had been. Well done guys and thanks for the service .

Last week we required this company to attend my rental investment in the Redlands area . I was away at the time and I had a tenant who contacted my wife about a possible water leak on the property . Due to the great service I had received earlier from this company I asked my wife to call Marlene at the Hemphill office as i had dealt with her before . After talking with Marlene I understand she immediately called the tenant . The tenant was concerned that they might have to pay extra for the water , Marlene handled this tenants concerns very professionally and sent a crew around to investigate the complaint the same day . A water service leak was detected in the yard and the problem was fixed that day, later the tenant rang my wife to thank us for getting the job handled so soon at a great relief to all. Great job guys once again I would highly recommend this company for both price and there professionalism .

Currently Hemphill plumbing is renovating my two bathrooms and a small extension out the back . Although the experience of having so much work completed has interrupted our lives . Steve Hemphill and his crew have done an amazing job in making sure the home was liveable and kept clean around were his guys were working . We are looking forward to our new renovations when complete . Good job guys.

just finished up 2 new bathrooms with hemphill plumbing couldnt be happier they were here for weeks, days at a time but everytime they finished for the day the house was left spotless so clean and tidey and my new bathrooms look fantastic, not even a tile out of place. great job guys. excellent to deal with highly recommend hemphill plumbing for anyone who is looking at renovations to thier bathroom.

Just had Paul and James out from Hemphill plumbing to install new stormwater lines to my house awesome job . Last night we had a huge storm and for the first time in years I didn't have worry about staying up all night to clean up floods in my media room.

Over the years I have had many plumbers look at this issue and until Paul and Steve arrived no one could give me a positive solution they had all the equipment to determine the best course of actions and they were reasonable with the cost. There clean up was impeccable to say the least. Fully recommend this company fantastic service and a easy company to work with.
