I had a very disappointing experience. I am a new property investor and genuinly like to stay in the business, even when I moved interstate. My rental agent has organized for Henley & Grange Electrical to fix the loose lighting in the kitchen. What I eneded up with was a very surprising invoice biling me for $132.00 dollars including GST (with a description "Refit bench light to base on ceiling (was hanging on wire). Replaced 2 GU10 lamps on both pendants. Replace 1 range hood lamp. Material and Labour". On further clarification through the agent, I was informed that the labour was $120.00 per hour and the parts were $10.00.
I find that charging $120.00/hour is too outrageous. I understand every business/traders/anyone needs to make a living and survive by making profit.
