After finding ourselves with a small electrical situation that needed to be addressed promptly, I called Henry from Henrys Electrical Solutions and was nicely surprised when he answered my call immediately. After explaining the situation, he was more than happy to take the time to give advice over the phone and talk us through what to do next with genuine concern of the outcome.
I found Henry to be very professional, knowledgeable, patiently helpful and just a super nice guy and I believe he’s totally psyched to be in this profession.

I am a local carpenter in the blue mountains. I have had the pleasure of knowing and working along side henry for 6 years now. Henry is honest, hard-working, extremely polite, and knows his work inside and out. I have done 5 new homes with henry and a few other renovations. Its always peace of mind knowing I can tell henry what I want done and knowing I would never have to check his work because it's always of the highest quality. Anyone looking for electrical work would be silly to look past Henry's electrical.

We recently had Henry come to our place to do some work. He was punctual, friendly and actually cleaned up after himself (we had other trades in lately and he was the only one to do this). His work was excellent and he did everything perfectly, but it was the service that really prompted me to write this review. I agree with the reviews below. The communication was very clear from the start and he really took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions. Both he and his apprentice were professional and polite. We have had bad experiences with tradies in the past so it's nice when you get a great one! Both my partner and myself commented later about it and will use him again when the need arises. Whenever anyone else asks if we can recommend an electrician we will definitely suggest him.

Called Henry this morning for a circuit breaker fault at home. He promptly called back within 10 minutes. Explained the issue, he fixed it in no time, left a text message advising all done. Professional level of service many a mountains tradesman could learn from. Extremely reasonable invoice. To be honest - his business card will go in the folder and I would not contemplate using anyone else.

Henry's Electrical were asked to install outdoor lights for the deck, around the grounds, in front of statues and footpath. Henry's advice and attention to detail was much appreciated and today everyone who visits comment on the lighting around the grounds, particularly in front of the statues. Thank you Henry.
