Henty Bay Van & Cabin Park

After paying for a promised rest house of our own at their office, we arrive at the place finding a family already allocated there. The place was trashed and the reservations were unorganized. After traveling for 7 hours we were being forced to share rooms with strangers when the reservation clearly says that we will be getting the place for ourselves.



Even after almost two hours of pleading (my family was already crying from stress) for a refund so that we could just go back home after this horrible holiday booking accommodation experience, the management insisted that we are free to go but they will not give our money back.



We were then forced to share half of the house with some strangers that rudely told us off about our noise level from a shared door (without knocking-no lock), holiday ruined and uneasy about our privacy.



TERRIBLE PLACE FOR A HOLIDAY.
