I took my car in for service, it came back damaged! 2 new deep windscreen chips even sides of the middle, clearly from a tool or equipment.
I rang John to discuss, he was unreasonable, in denial, refused to even look at the car if I brought it in. I mentioned I had been sent a link for review, he was leaving me no option but to post a negative one, he didn't care... as he hung up on me. ??
.. we start a vehicle service by doing a few interior checks that include checking the windscreen washers and wipers .. the chips in the windscreen were noted at that point prior to road testing the vehicle or moving it into the workshop. It's quite common to see chipped windscreens and the owner is usually unaware of it until they recieve our service report .. as was the case with this customer. Blaming us for the chipped windscreen is so wrong and the review and comments are completely false and unwarranted.
I walked in looking for a simple oil change with filter. First no one was in the office. Someone later walked up. I asked if I could get an oil change and they said, "just that, just that?" They told me the price and I was like wow. That is a lot of money. They then waved me off and started looking through their papers on their desk. Then looked back up at me annoyed and said, "Well you don't want to do it?" I said $110 is a lot of money for an oil change. They told me to get out of their office. I will NEVER go there again. They didn't even take anytime to try and be helpful. Just a little more talking and they could have had me convinced this is pretty standard, however their rude behavior drove me off.
