Heritage 3059 Restaurant

Had lunch here today, ordered the pizza which was cold & hardly had any topping.

We also ordered a kids meal, costing $10 that had 5 nuggets & less than a handful of chips, this was also stone cold. Was very dissapointed..

The only positive is location..

I cannot comment on the food as we left before we had a chance to order. We went to the Heritage on recommendations from others, but on arrival we were met by an unwelcoming staff member, who seemed most put out that we wanted to order their Web Sight advertised Tapas, commenting "is that all you want"! We would have ordered quite a bit of food but she quickly returned stating that they wouldn't be doing any Tapas for another 3 hours. We will return at another time to try their food, but we will go this time without any expectations of good service.

We booked for a party of ten. We opted for cheap "pub meals" on a Friday night. The service was friendly, we were welcomed by the owner. Prices were reasonable and the food was good. They gave us a complimentary fruit and cheese platter for dessert - above and beyond expectations. It's a beautiful old wooden house set in beautiful grounds. A really relaxing place to eat and watch the sun go down. I'd definitely return.

Terrible, terrible service. Our meals did not come out with the rest of the table. When we made enquiries, the person refused to believe we had placed our order and did not take the time to check with the staff or the kitchen. They were extremely rude. I had to return to the table and ask my husband to speak to them. He had to dig out his credit card receipt to prove we were telling the truth. Our meals came out much later after our table had finished. At no time did any of the staff even apologise. Whilst the food was quite good, we will never, never return. This restaurant needs to learn about customer service.
