I had my rental property managed by Heritage City Realty for a period of 18mths. During this time I found their service to be lacking, to the point that my first lot of tenants had physically altered my premises with no permission and this was not even picked up on the exit inspection by them. And they never pursued the tenants for compensation for me. There were several other issues as well. I transferred my property rental management to Walkers Real Estate and have never been happier.
