I dont normally do bad reviews but after the bad experience by Hermosa Greenhills I thought I deserved better treatment

1 star review only as cannot give less, there was no customer service at all, treated like a number.
Terrible Terrible service

Left at basin over 45 mins while they took walk-ins and didn't offer a drink even though there for hours.

Left waiting at start 1hour 35 mins in a salon chair noone even came to say will be with you soon

Left waiting for blow dry 40 mins

Would not like to thank this business for hacking my daughters hair that was down to her bottom & is now half way down her back , maybe you don't let the apprentice hack hair & maybe have her groom dogs for a few years first.. Thanks for then barring my daughter & wife from entering your business again as if they would #HACK JOB thanks for nothing.????

Love this place! Its aleays so clean and comfortable, I can even get in without an appointment and do some shopping while I wait. I love how they take the time to teach the apprentices and love the job they do. Sharna did a great job both cutting and colouring my hair and would have no problems going back (best head massage ever at the basin BTW).
Definitely recommend this salon.

Worst hair experience EVER !! They let the new apprentices apply the colour to my hair which resulted in my hair foils being bleaching until they were white and the excess amount of dye used for my regrowth burnt my scalp. This was after I specifically said at the start I did not want an apprentice doing my hair. The staff turnover is constant. I have been a loyal customer and gone to this place at least once a month since they opened but there is at least 2 new girls every time. Only care about making the most money for the least effort. Although they generously (NOT) offered a 10% discount on my next visit as a sorry for ruining my hair!!! You can do a better job doing your own hair then going to this place.
